How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold through Mechanics Hall. Click Buy Tickets on any show to purchase.
What if a show is sold out?
Come by at showtime and ask the door staff to add you to the standby list. Any seats that open up are released first come, first served.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. If we cancel or reschedule a show, we'll contact you by email with your options.
How does seating work?
Seating is general admission at cocktail tables, first come, first served. The earlier you come the more choices there will be.
Can my group sit together?
We'll do our best. Arrive together and early, and let our staff know how many are in your party when you check in.
At the show
Is there an age limit?
All shows are 21+. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
When should I arrive?
Doors open one hour before showtime. Plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to check in, grab a drink and find your seat.
How long is a show?
Most shows run about 90 minutes, including a host and opening acts. The headliner sets the final length.
Is there a bar or a drink minimum?
The bar is open before and during the show. There is no drink minimum policy.
Can I take photos or video?
No. Comics may try out new material, so photos and recording aren't allowed during the show.
Should I look up the comedian first?
We recommend it. Comedy is personal, so a quick clip or two will tell you whether a headliner's style is your kind of night.
What can't I bring?
Outside food and drink, large bags and luggage, illegal drugs and weapons of any kind, including pepper spray and pocket knives.
Getting here
Where are you located?
Inside Mechanics Hall at 321 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608, in the hall's intimate 250-seat room.
Where do I park?
There are many parking lots and garages in walking distance to the Hall including 252 Main St. Parking Lot and 20 Pearl St. Garage.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Mechanics Hall is fully accessible and ADA compliant. If you need assistance please call the Mechanics Hall Box Office at 508-752-0888.
